You can check the next due date of your services and domains within your Account Portal by following the instructions below.
I. To check the next due date of your services:
You can access the Products & Services section through your Portal Home / Client Area by clicking on the Services menu.
On the next screen, you will see a list of your services, as well as their pricing, billing cycle, next due date and current status. You can also click on the service itself to check additional details about it.
II. To check the next due date of your domains:
You can access the Domains section through your Portal Home / Client Area by clicking on Domains.
On the next screen, you will see a list of your domains, as well as their next due date and auto-renew status. You can also click on the domain name itself to see additional management options.
